# Lunafic is coming to iOS and Android

We launched V4 on 11 October and we have been fixing things every day since. But there's one question people keep asking us, *"why doesn't Lunafic have a mobile app?"* It's a fair question, so we built one :D

## You asked for an app, so we built it

The Lunafic app for iOS and Android is already built ahead of schedule. We expect to launch it in late October on both the App Store and Google Play.

We expect most of you will keep playing on [lunafic.ai](https://lunafic.ai) when you are on a computer, renewing a subscription and managing your account.

## Two experiments, and we honestly don't know if they work

We are also trying two more things.

- **Smaller local AI models.** We are testing smaller local AI models.
- **Replies that work in reading apps.** If you don't know ElevenReader, it's an app from ElevenLabs that reads text out loud with AI voices, like an audiobook. We are testing an AI model that writes in a format that apps like ElevenReader can read well.

Both are experiments after all, we don't know yet if they will give you real value. If you would use one of them, tell us, it helps us decide.
