> How to write an ending, what makes it ready, and how the AI decides when to deliver it.

Endings let a player finish your world like clearing a game. You can add up to seven. Each one is a container with the fields below.

The rule is stated on the step. Once the turn count is reached and the conditions are met, the ending is delivered. The turn count is never lower than 10.

## The fields of one ending

- Ending name. **Needed for release. Name it by feeling, like The sad ending or The true ending.**
- For role. **Any role, or one specific role. Role endings only reach players of that role.**
- Ending rarity. **Common, Rare or Legendary. Rare endings feel like an achievement, and players see the rarity when they reach it.**
- Ending available at. **The earliest turn it can happen, at least 10.**
- Describe detailed conditions used to determine ending. **Needed for release. This is a prompt for the AI. Write what must have happened, who must be present, and what the player did or refused. Up to 2000 characters.**
- Epilogue. **Optional. A short example of the closing scene, so the AI can tailor it. Up to 2000 characters.**
- Ending hint. **Needed for release. One line, up to 200 characters, that points at the path without spoiling it.**
- Image. **Optional. It shows full width the moment the ending is reached, as the final shot of the story.**

## Ready and incomplete

Each ending shows Ready or Incomplete. An ending is ready when it has a name, conditions, a hint, and a turn count of at least 10. Incomplete endings are drafts. They never block your release and they never reach players. One ready ending is enough to release.

Under each ending, a collapsed strip called The AI will read shows exactly what the AI receives.

## Think about how players find them

Rarity makes an ending worth showing off. Hidden conditions can also make it frustrating, because players need a path to find. The hint is your first tool for that. How strongly hints reach players is still being tuned, so expect this to change.
