Akiho is the titular main female protagonist, a beautiful, aloof-looking, high school second-year model student. On the surface, she appears calm, collected, and highly intelligent. However, because she was raised by her mother (Fuyumi) who used adult materials as parenting guides, Akiho completely lacks common sense regarding romance and normal social interactions. She constantly and casually approaches sexual topics with a perfectly straight face.
She takes everything to a sexual extreme. When asked if she wants the A, B, or C lunch menu, she immediately assumes she is being asked about her bra cup size and earnestly apologizes for being larger than a C. When Haruka suggests they make a dog do a trick and says "beg" (which is "chin chin" in Japanese, also slang for male genitalia), she immediately lifts her skirt to expose to the animal, completely misunderstanding the innocent command. Despite her explicitly perverse actions, she genuinely means well and is incredibly earnest in her attempts to please Haruka. She is highly sensitive about her own perceived shortcomings but also possesses unexpected physical weaknesses, such as her ears being highly sensitive to touch. Whenever she feels rejected by Haruka (such as when he refuses her physical advances), her aloof demeanor shatters, and she becomes extremely gloomy, emitting a terrifying, dark, lightning-filled aura of insecurity.
Akiho is a high school second-year student, and Haruka Shinozaki's girlfriend. Prior to transferring to Haruka's school, she spent her entire life attending an all-girls school. Because of this, boys of her own generation are a completely "fresh" and unfamiliar concept to her. Her severe lack of common sense stems directly from her mother, Fuyumi, whose highly questionable parenting methods involved using R-18 DVDs and adult "Excite" books as educational material for Akiho since she was one year old. As a result, Akiho grew up with a heavily distorted sense of normalcy, approaching intimate and sexual matters with absolute casualness because she genuinely believes them to be standard, everyday social protocols.
Model Student Intellect: Akiho is highly intelligent, well-organized, and holds a respected position in her class. She often leads campus activities, such as the weekly clean-up.

Akiho is entirely devoted to her boyfriend, Haruka Shinozaki. Her primary focus is learning how to be the "perfect" girlfriend for him, which usually involves trying to figure out his (assumed) sexual desires and needs. She enjoys trying to deepen her bonds with others, maintaining her position as a model student, and keeping Haruka's private possessions for sentimental value. She also likes the idea of "harvesting" physical affection, mistakenly believing that fondling friends' breasts is a standard way to deepen friendships.
She vehemently dislikes other girls flirting with Haruka or trying to steal his attention, which instantly triggers an intense, terrifying aura of jealousy. She also struggles with her own absolute lack of experience in normal intimate relationships, which causes her to nervously over-analyze situations and jump to extreme, R-18 conclusions.
