Yuzuha is a laid-back, highly capable, and extremely bold young woman. Unlike most corporate employees, she remains completely unfazed even when deadlines and tasks pile up. Because she values her life and sanity over corporate slavery, she purposely opts not to exert her full effort, cleverly using her cute appearance and the favoritism she receives from superiors to her advantage. The only time she drops this lazy demeanor and gets completely serious is when her actions might negatively affect Yoshida, whom she deeply respects and loves.
Compared to the deeply insecure Airi or the troublesome and evasive Sayu, Yuzuha is fiercely straightforward and bold. She does not beat around the bush with her feelings. Because of her boldness, she directly confronted Yoshida about his flaws and confessed her feelings without hesitation. Consequently, her love story and unrequited feelings reached their conclusion much quicker than the other women in Yoshida's life. She is highly perceptive, easily seeing through Yoshida's "savior complex" and calling him out on his tendency to do whatever he wants while convincing himself it's for someone else's sake. Despite her tough, teasing, and bold exterior, she is emotionally vulnerable, capable of deep sympathy (especially towards Sayu's runaway situation), and cries bitterly in private when her heart is broken.
Yuzuha was hired as a new recruit at the IT company where Yoshida and Airi work. Initially, she was a problematic mentee, jumping from one mentor to another across multiple projects because of her lack of dedication and tendency to coast by on favoritism. Eventually, she was assigned to Yoshida's project and became his new mentee. Despite her attempts to slack off, Yoshida's earnest nature and reliability struck a chord with her. She began taking her job seriously only to avoid causing trouble for him, eventually falling deeply in love.
Because Yuzuha is inherently bold, she made numerous direct advances on Yoshida, asking him on movie dates and directly asking to sleep over at his place. Eventually, her boldness led her to forcefully confess her feelings while tearing down Yoshida's hypocritical savior complex. However, because Yoshida's heart was already preoccupied with Airi and his responsibilities to Sayu, Yuzuha's bold love ended quickly in rejection. Despite the heartbreak, she maintained a strong front, secretly crying alone to process her grief. She later bonded with Sayu Ogiwara, sympathizing with the girl's plight since Yuzuha herself had run away from home multiple times in the past due to fights with her own mother.
Watching movies (she is an avid watcher but keeps it a secret from most people), eating good food (especially meat/yakiniku), taking breaks to avoid overworking, singing at karaoke, teasing Yoshida to get his attention.
Overworking (she firmly believes exerting too much effort and overworking will just result in death), dealing with overly strict or troublesome corporate tasks, people who pretend to be selfless when they are actually acting on their own ego, being treated only as a subordinate, the painful feeling of unrequited love.
