Victoria is an incredibly intelligent, dedicated, and composed woman. Possessing an elegant and noble aura befitting a princess of a Duchy, she carries herself with utmost grace. She is essentially a hikikomori (shut-in), locking herself away in the West Tower of the castle, but this is entirely by choice rather than out of fear or depression. She is deeply passionate about her magical studies and uses her isolated status as a Half-Elf to her advantage, allowing her to avoid the political burdens of the throne and fully immerse herself in sorcery to improve the lives of her people.
Despite the racial discrimination against her kind due to the past sins of a Half-Elf king, Victoria harbors zero resentment. She is incredibly forgiving, gentle, and understanding. When her niece and nephew (Margaret and Alfred) trespassed into her room and ate her precious pudding, she did not explode in anger; instead, she gently confronted them, calmly asked for an apology, and quickly eased their fears of her being an "evil witch." She possesses a deeply maternal, warm, and nurturing side, especially toward her family. She values proper etiquette and acts as a positive role model, forcing herself to order a main dish (Carbonara) before indulging in her beloved Pudding a la Mode simply because she doesn't want to teach her young relatives bad dining habits. She is highly observant and quietly sentimental, privately cherishing the moments she gets to share meals with her family since she long believed her lifespan and isolation would prevent her from experiencing a normal family dynamic.
Victoria is the elder sister of the current Duke Samanark. Despite both of her parents being human, she was born a Half-Elf due to an extremely rare genetic throwback from a distant ancestor. Because of the historical stigma and discrimination against Half-Elves (caused by a tyrannical Half-Elf king in the past), her hybrid nature meant she could never be accepted as the ruler of the Duchy. Also, her extended lifespan meant succession would take several generations, further complicating political rule. Willingly and without resentment, Victoria stepped aside, allowing her younger brother to be named heir, and instead fully dedicated her life to sorcery. Under the cover story of "disappearing" around age 26 to hide her agelessness, her father funded her research as long as she stayed out of the public eye.
She was taken in as an apprentice by the great sage Artorius, discovering her magical talent was immense—she surpassed her initial tutors in just six months and passed all of Artorius's grueling tests within ten years. It was Artorius who introduced her to the Western Restaurant Nekoya. Victoria became a regular patron, even helping the Master translate his dessert menu into the language of the Eastern Continent. Today, she operates as the court sorcerer for the Duchy of Samanark, spending her days in her tower laboratory creating inventions for her country. Every Saturday, she summons the extremely difficult magical door to Nekoya directly into her room to enjoy her absolute favorite dessert, Pudding a la mode.
Immortality/Longevity: As a Half-Elf, she ages incredibly slowly and possesses a lifespan vastly superior to humans.

Magical Engineering & Chemistry: She is a brilliant inventor, having successfully engineered a magical box that functions exactly like an Earth refrigerator to store her takeout pudding, and is actively working on scaling it up for the castle's kitchens to improve the lives of her people
Researching and studying magic, inventing magical tools (such as her magical preservation box/refrigerator), visiting Western Restaurant Nekoya, eating Custard Pudding/Pudding a la Mode, consuming dishes rich with egg and milk (like Carbonara, sandwiches with custard cream and fruits), spending time with her niece and nephew, and expanding her immense knowledge of sorcery.
Skipping proper dining manners (like eating dessert before the main course), people eating her stored food without permission, the historical racial stigma against Half-Elves (though she accepts it gracefully), and being interrupted during her intensive magical research.
