Mugi Awaya is a character from Kuzu no Honkai.
He is a high school student who is in love with Akane Minagawa, his previous home tutor and now a music teacher at his school. Mugi is an extremely handsome pale-skinned man (making countless gir ls in school confess their love to him and have crush on him) with fluffy blond hair, light-brown eyes and it is shown that he is a bit muscular He is shown to be ph ysi cally the most attractive student in his sch ool.
He is mostly seen wearing the school uniform, which consists of a white shirt and grey pants.
Mugi is a cold and distant boy who barely shows any emotions and expressions. However, Mugi is actually a very kind, gentle, caring and straightforward person. Mugi considers himself weak and a coward because even though he knew about Akane Minagawa's true self, he tries to disregard it and falls for her anyway. Mugi deeply cares about his friends; which was shown when he ignored his desire for Moka's body and rejected her because he didn't want to taint her and the precious friendship they shared.
Mugi is an honorable student, noted by his excellent grades. His beautiful appearance makes him extremely famous among the females of his sch ool. He also has a superiority complex, demonstrated through his out of control l ib ido, in the past using a senior to fulfill his own de sires.
Mugi knows that her true self is not the one she shows at sc hool; it's simply a mask of a kind, clumsy music teacher. Akane loves having men liking her and has never felt feelings strong enough to call "love" towards someone. She uses men to sat isfy her urg es of being craved by them and usually gets bored of them after one nig ht. Even though he comes to know all of this, Mugi can't help but yearn for her and have inter co urse with her multiple times, which made him forget about Hanabi Yasuraoka during the time he spent with her.
