1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lunafic ("Service"), operated by Kreatorku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. About the Service
Lunafic is an AI-powered storytelling and world-building studio. The Service provides:
- AI-assisted story and fiction writing tools
- Character, plot, and world-building tools
- Document editing and organization features
- AI-generated suggestions and content powered by artificial intelligence
Lunafic is a creative studio tool. It does not publish, distribute, or publicly serve user-created content. All content remains private to the user unless they choose to export and share it outside the platform.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must register an account using email or supported social login methods (e.g., Google). You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate registration information and keeping it current
There is no minimum age requirement to use the Service. However, users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Service under parental or guardian supervision.
4. User-Generated Content & Ownership
You own all content you create on Lunafic. This includes stories, characters, world-building entries, documents, and any other creative works.
Lunafic does not claim any license, ownership, or rights over your content. We do not use, reproduce, distribute, or train AI models on your content. Your creative work and ideas remain strictly confidential.
Lunafic does not monitor, review, or moderate user content. Monitoring user content would create intellectual property concerns for Lunafic and its users.
Lunafic does not log any prompts or writing input you provide, unless you activate prompt logging through your account settings. This opt-in provides session history and can be disabled at any time.
Lunafic processes and stores your content to provide the Service to you, including saving your projects, generating AI suggestions, and displaying your work within your account.
5. Fan Fiction & Third-Party Intellectual Property
Lunafic is a creative writing studio. Users are solely responsible for the content they create. Lunafic does not publish, host, or distribute user-created content. All content remains private to the user unless they choose to export and share it outside the platform.
Users must comply with the intellectual property holder guidelines for the fandoms they write in. Lunafic disclaims all liability for user-generated content that references or is based on third-party IP. Users who create fan fiction or derivative works do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable copyright and fair use laws.
Commercial use of fan-created content is the user's own legal responsibility. Lunafic is not a publisher or distributor and derives no revenue from the specific content users create.
Any wiki, lore, or reference data provided by Lunafic is sourced from publicly available knowledge only. It is not licensed from, endorsed by, or affiliated with any intellectual property holders.
6. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text suggestions, character profiles, plot ideas, and other creative assistance. You acknowledge that:
- AI output is machine-generated and may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate content
- You are responsible for how you use, edit, publish, or commercialize any AI-assisted output
- Lunafic does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
- Lunafic is not liable for any AI output that may inadvertently resemble or reproduce third-party copyrighted material
- By default, Lunafic's AI does not mimic the writing style of specific, identifiable authors
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt other users' use of the Service
- Use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's underlying technology or AI models
- Attempt to extract, reveal, or exploit system prompts, internal instructions, or AI model configurations used by the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
8. Subscriptions, Fees & Refunds
Lunafic offers a free tier with limited AI usage and paid plans with higher AI quotas. Pricing and plan details are presented at the time of purchase or subscription.
Refund policy: We provide conditional partial refunds. If you have not consumed more than the equivalent of $1 USD in AI value on your paid plan, you may request a partial refund within a reasonable period from the date of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. Refunds are processed at our discretion and subject to verification of usage.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or Kreatorku.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to content ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kreatorku and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with respect to mandatory consumer protection and data protection provisions. Where mandatory laws of other jurisdictions apply to you (such as Singapore's PDPA, the EU's GDPR, the UK's Data Protection Act, or applicable US state privacy and consumer protection laws), those protections shall apply to the extent required by such laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property, confidentiality, or urgent interim protection.
