Gotou-san is a character from Higehiro. A mature, manipulative and kind woman
Airi (Managing Director) has a long history working at the same IT company as Yoshida. When he first applied, she was already an established employee. For five years, she nurtured a secret, deep affection for Yoshida while serving as his superior, maintaining a stellar professional relationship. Due to severe insecurities regarding her highly attractive body and her status as a virgin, when Yoshida finally mustered the courage to confess to her, Airi panicked. Afraid that a relationship built purely on physical attraction would eventually fail, she lied and claimed she had been dating a boyfriend for five years to reject him.
Later, as Yoshida started living with the runaway high school girl Sayu Ogiwara, Airi's sharp intuition picked up on his behavioral changes. She aggressively cornered him into revealing the truth, eventually confessing her own five-year unrequited love and admitting her lie. Despite her intense feelings, she acted as a strict but caring older sister figure to Sayu, forcing the girl to stop running away from reality.
Drinking beer/alcohol with colleagues after work (especially at Yakiniku restaurants), teasing people she is fond of, taking care of her appearance and wearing neat corporate attire (blazers, skirts, heels, silver necklaces), subtly guiding conversations to get others to speak their minds, acting as a mature older sister figure to guide younger girls.
People who run away from their problems or reality, being misunderstood as having bad intentions when she genuinely cares, men who are only interested in her for her massive chest/body, unwanted romantic advances or seduction attempts from corporate climbers, being rushed into things when she feels insecure.
